1.Platform & Event Roles: Padel Chief operates both as a tournament management platform AND as an organizer of official events. Community events organized by third parties are beyond our control and we bear no responsibility for their conduct.
2.Payment Processing: Entry fees are processed through OnePay (Spemai PVT Ltd, PV 00206829), regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Padel Chief collects payments on behalf of organisers and disburses within 7 days after event conclusion.
3.Organiser Obligations: Tournament organisers must provide accurate event details, handle refunds for their events, and comply with platform rules. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination at our discretion.
4.Data Collection: We collect account information, tournament data, payment records, and performance statistics to provide our Services.
5.Registration and Tracking: Registration forms collect player names, phone numbers, and playing category. We use ContentSquare, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Pixel for analytics and marketing purposes.
6.Public Information: Tournament results, rankings, and statistics are publicly visible on the Platform.
7.Assumption of Risk: Participation in physical sporting activities involves inherent risks. For community events, we are not liable for injuries or accidents.
8.Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Colombo.
